轻型钢结构的建筑构造简单,所用材料为常规材料,主要构件和配件均为工厂工业化制作,构件加工精度高。构件自重轻,运输安装便利,无须大型机械设备,工地现场安装方便。除基础施工外,基本没有湿作业,构件之间多采用螺栓连接,现场施工人员少,与同规模的钢筋混凝土结构相比,轻型钢结构施工工期可缩短1/3左右。
